Berkeley caterer and farmer’s market purveyor Rhasaan Fernandez of Boffo Cart is offering daily pickup and weekly delivery of sandwiches on fresh-baked bread to Berkeley, San Francisco and Oakland, and also appears at the Palo Alto Farmer’s Market on California Avenue on Sundays. All the DIY bread baking enthusiasts should note his sundries section, which offers 16 oz. packs of bread flour for $4!

As he continues to sell to the public, he has put his whole heart into feeding first responders with the Boffo Cart. He’s matching every dollar donated to feed first responders and others in need — check out the Boffo Cart Instagram feed to see the East Bay fire stations and other places where he has delivered fresh-baked pizzas.

Fernandez is also raising money to support the staff at his restaurant, the historic Sam’s Log Cabin in Albany, should you want to consider donating to that as well.
