OMG! A $50 KBBQ Pizza

At $50, Sunset Squares’ galbijjim pizza, a brontosaurus of a KBBQ pizza which comes and goes on fleeting special, is a serious investment, but I felt it was well worth the purchase. The thick squares freeze well, so I’ve been able to enjoy this treat on a few occasions.
The pizza comes with a side of Korean rice cakes and broth as well as a pair of gloves so you can easily pull the beef bone out and shred the meat with your hands, as I demonstrate in the video below (please watch with the sound on for the full effect).
